All my time taken up running errands, some errands are more enjoyable than others, and doing admin crap. did help josh with first timers in the warehouse.

little finger still hurts at the joint. frustrating shit of a thing, every time it gets hit from he side it fucking hurts.

someone told me to start writing in this again. so here goes.

lots of crap has happened in the last year. some good, some bad. too many things to write about.

basically.

my relationship with tamara ended. this made me very sad for a very long time. and is something i still think about.

had to reduce the amount of training quite a bit. think i broke my ankle in canberra for the national gathering there. took 3 months off training at the start end of 2008. still don’t think my ankles are 100% still trying to work out how to fix them properly. otherwise, for the most part i am fine physically.

moved into a new place with harley and morgan. is a warehouse where we can train. running classes for the APA out of it. just started running classes last week. hoping it goes well.

those are the 3 main things. other shit has gone on but its not the sort of stuff i will be posting on a blog.

wonder if i will last more than 2 months this time :P

Back from work

back from port douglas. spent most of my time getting blown up and shot on set. also managed to psend half my time sick. got a cold, and sunstroke, which gave me a headache for a week and no motivation to do any training. still managed to get in some good sessions here and there. mostly tricks and strength and conditioning.

will be getting back into the swing of things slowly i think. reckon i’ve lost a bit of condition and dont want to push it too hard.

today just did some skipping, quadrupedal and down to the park for some tricks and flips, only a little bit here and there. go a bit harder tomorrow.

is stiill pissing me off. im staying off it, but small landings, like stepping off a step seem to be aggravating it. started the day doing lots of air ramp in stunt training. good cardio and body control exercises! after that went into the city and did lots of tree work yesterday. good upper body stuff.

today was resting before heading off to qld for pacific.

my training consisted of alot of running yesterday. must have done at least 15 km. one session in the morning, another in the evening.

did about three hours last night with adam and tamara.

started with a warmup, lots of saut de chat and passement. wasnt counting, just doing it again and again. helped everyone with technique for about half an hour, then presicion.

from there ran to a place in the city that had scaffold and did some monkey stuff until i ripped another strip of skin off my hands. fom there it was to tyhe park to do a bit of strehgth and conditioning.

all in all a good session. foot is still sore a bit, but other than that am feeling well

Filming and training

no updates for a while because things have been so hectic.

the last three days have been spent filming for 60 minutes. it has been full days. filming is hard work because ther is alittle chance for rest and you are pushing hard all the time. inbetween filming there have been basics classes, gym training and catching up with morgz before he takes off to new zealand again.

i wont write all i have done for training the last week, but there has been a lot of it. bit sore in the calves, but other than that injuries are minimal, still have a the bruised foot, but i think it is almost better.

might be offline for a couple af weeks as well due to work in queensland on pacific war…..getting shot and blown up will be training!

but ill be back at it when i get back.

morgy’s back in town

did two sessions today. started in the city and did a cuple hours liht training with jamie and alex, mostly playing, some drilling here and there.

did a few k’s of running an walking getting around the city to various meetings.

met up with morgz a few hours afetr the initial session and did another hour with him, lots of bar work.

all up about 4-5 hours worth of effort, half of that running and walking. not a bad day

ball of foot is still sore, knee feels ok though

second run in with police in as many days. yesterday the officer was courteous anf helpful. today they were just tools. told me i couldnt swing in trees because of this and that. even though i had a good answer for everything they tried to say in justification of me not doing it they still ended up using their authority over me to stop me rather than any legitimate reason. power corrupts……

training was minimal today, me knee is very sensitive, i belive it may be tendonitis.

Activity: climbups, vaults and tree work. minimal 10 reps of each with no rest inbetween

Duration: 1.5 hours

Injuries/Well being: ball of foot is still sensitive, belive i may have tendonitis as my knee is very sensitive to touch.

Diet: usual breakfast, rice and vegetarian curry, halava, cicken curry at don dons
