classes
sunday apa classes, didn’t really do anything with instructor training. ended up watching the bags with josh.
but ran the beyond basics classes. did most of the conditioning with the class as well as the actual activities i gave people. hurt my shin 
but not too bad, little finger is still not healed yet. think it will be a couple more weeks before it can take an impact without hurting
