not enough food

had a good session last night. no one was home so i had the place to myself.

did isometric exercises, a run, abs, back and balance. was failry happy with it all. just need to keep regular.

didn’t eat so well today. need to remember to eat properly. get so carried away with working on things sometimes i just forget

personal training

did some eprsonal training with aimo today. was happy with how she went.

her climbups are getting better each time i see them and vaults that we went through were looking good as well.

didn’t run her as hard as i usually do for the run because she hadn’t eaten since 1 and then not much. she should eat before coming to training!

for my own training i did a decent bit of rail quadrupedal, felt progress today, seems easier to do today as well as seeming more stable on the bar, able to move faster than usual.

classes

sunday apa classes, didn’t really do anything with instructor training. ended up watching the bags with josh.

but ran the beyond basics classes. did most of the conditioning with the class as well  as the actual activities i gave people. hurt my shin :( but not too bad, little finger is still not healed yet. think it will be a couple more weeks before it can take an impact without hurting

ran two classes today, kids and basics.  did some trainign with them in each class, so have done some activity today. havent eaten much though, just a couple of sandwiches. think i may go for a ride and get something to eat somewhere. went up to my room and passed out, feel weird.

thinking too much about warehouse, making classes work and all the little bits and peices going on with the APA.

Did a couple hours at teh open session plus some stuff during instructor training. nothing specific, just lots of playing around.

am enjoying and working alot on balance on bars lately. tweaked my ankle once on bar precision, but other than that it was all good.

in other news i got my motorbike back from servicing today. will have to go for ride tomorrow!

All my time taken up running errands, some errands are more enjoyable than others, and doing admin crap. did help josh with first timers in the warehouse.

little finger still hurts at the joint. frustrating shit of a thing, every time it gets hit from he side it fucking hurts.

someone told me to start writing in this again. so here goes.

lots of crap has happened in the last year. some good, some bad. too many things to write about.

basically.

my relationship with tamara ended. this made me very sad for a very long time. and is something i still think about.

had to reduce the amount of training quite a bit. think i broke my ankle in canberra for the national gathering there. took 3 months off training at the start end of 2008. still don’t think my ankles are 100% still trying to work out how to fix them properly. otherwise, for the most part i am fine physically.

moved into a new place with harley and morgan. is a warehouse where we can train. running classes for the APA out of it. just started running classes last week. hoping it goes well.

those are the 3 main things. other shit has gone on but its not the sort of stuff i will be posting on a blog.

wonder if i will last more than 2 months this time :P

Back from work

back from port douglas. spent most of my time getting blown up and shot on set. also managed to psend half my time sick. got a cold, and sunstroke, which gave me a headache for a week and no motivation to do any training. still managed to get in some good sessions here and there. mostly tricks and strength and conditioning.

will be getting back into the swing of things slowly i think. reckon i’ve lost a bit of condition and dont want to push it too hard.

today just did some skipping, quadrupedal and down to the park for some tricks and flips, only a little bit here and there. go a bit harder tomorrow.
